Here at We Bloom, we know just how much a simple bunch of fresh flowers can do to brighten up a room. That’s why we wanted to make it easy to enjoy beautiful flowers in your workspace.

Every Monday, we’ll personally deliver you a gorgeous bunch of blooms expertly arranged in an elegant glass vase for you, your clients and your team to enjoy all week long. Featuring a stunning mix of in season, locally grown fresh flowers, our designs will change week to week to reflect the changing seasons and allowing you to enjoy the best that nature has to offer that week.

Our flowers are designed to last the full week with minimal hassle, we only ask you keep an eye on the water to make your blooms have all the water they need to continue to shine. We’ll then swap out the whole arrangement the following week with a brand new stunner to enjoy.

Business Delivery

When will I receive my flowers?

Our Business Blooms are delivered by our in house team on Mondays each week between 12pm to 5pm.

Why don’t you deliver in my area?

In order to treat your flowers with the respect and care they deserve we do not outsource our deliveries. That means before we can deliver to an area we need to have enough orders to justify hiring a dedicated team member to look after those customers. We are always looking for new areas to expand into, so if you’re not yet on the list let us know you’re interested here. As soon as we have enough interest we’ll be in touch to let you know we’re coming to your hood.

How do I pay?

We’ve made it super simple to order your business blooms with our subscription model. Simply sign up using your company credit card and we will automatically process payment each week (payments processed on the Friday for Monday delivery). We’ll email a Tax Invoice every week but we can also send you all your Tax Invoices at the end of the financial year by request so you don’t need to keep a track of them all year long).

Can I order a custom arrangement?

Of course! We created our Business Blooms to make it super simple to enjoy fresh flowers in your workspace each week, however if you have more specific needs we can absolutely help with that too. Just send us an email and let us know how we can help!

Can I order a one of delivery?

What kind of flowers will I receive?

Each week we work with our local growers to create a gorgeous mix of fresh flowers and foliage with a focus on longer lasting blooms to ensure they are looking their best all week long. If you have any specific requests, please include these in your order notes and we will do our best to accomodate.

How do I care for my blooms?

Flowers, whilst beautiful, are sensitive little things. Each variety has its own vase life, with some looking fabulous for over a week and others merely a few days. With our business blooms, we will only use longer lasting varieties to ensure they’re at their best for you all week long. Despite this, there are still some things you can do to help your flowers along.

  1. Keep them cool: air conditioning is great but try to avoid having the air blow directly on them as this will dry them out.
  2. Not too much sun: a nice bright space is wonderful to work in, but too much sun will cause your flowers the wilt early. Keep them out of the direct sun (especially the afternoon sun) where possible.
  3. Hydrate: keep an eye on the water level an top up every few days. Just like us, flowers need plenty of fresh water to stay at their best.
  4. Avoid the fruit bowl: fruits give off a gas as they ripen which causes your flowers to “ripen” too – meaning they wont last as long. Keep your vase away from the fruit bowl for best results.
  5. Remove spent flowers: whilst we aim to only provide you with long lasting blooms, nature isn’t perfect and so occasionally some of your stems may wilt before the week ends. Dying flowers give off the same gas as ripen fruit, so it’s best to remove them as soon as you can so they dont affect your remaing blooms. Simply remove any wilted flowers as you notice them (either remove the whole stem or cut away the flower itself) to keep your vase looking its best.
I’m going away, how can I pause / skip my delivery?

Lucky you! To pause your deliveries, simply log into your account, head to the subscriptions page and select “Suspend”. Unfortunately we don’t have a way just to skip a delivery yet so to do that it’s best to send us a quick email to customer@webloom.com.au by the Wednesday before your next payment with the dates you wish to skip and we can sort the rest for you. We’ll shoot you a confirmation email as soon as we’ve actioned your request so you know it’s all sorted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Whilst we’re sad to see you go, we understand that breaking up is sometimes necessary. We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to cancel your subscription without having the awkward “it’s not you, it’s me” chat. Simply log into your account, head unto the subscriptions section and click the Cancel link. If you want to leave us a little note as to why you’re leaving we’d love your feedback (especially if there is something we can do better), but if you’d prefer to keep that private that’s cool too, and we’ll be happy to have you back anytime! 🙂

What if I don't like my blooms?

We have high expectations here at We Bloom and you’ll only pay for flowers you love. If for any reason you’re not happy with your flowers, simply let us know within 5 days of receiving your delivery and we’ll deliver a replacement right away.
